Modern office setting Food provided Modern office setting Growth opportunities Duties - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Able to work in a fast pace enviroment - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including training and performance evaluations - Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic - Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging meetings, conferences, and other special events - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders - Ensure efficient office workflow by implementing and improving office procedures Skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in Payroll is a plus - Inventory Experience is a plus - Knowledge of QuickBooks and Fishbowl or other accounting software is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical and financial tasks Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
